This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be applicable for our various products and services. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
Digital Products - No Refund Policy
Due to the inherent nature of digital products and services, all sales of digital goods are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or activated, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This is because digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the same manner as physical goods.
Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
The following digital products and services are non-refundable under any circumstances once purchased and delivered:
- Cable TV subscription plans and channel packages (including NCF payments)
- Broadband internet subscription plans and recharges
- IPTV and OTT streaming subscriptions and activations
- B-CAS (Conditional Access System) software licenses and activations
- Digital content, software downloads, and firmware updates
- GPON and network service activations
- Any online recharge or prepaid payment for digital services
Reason: Digital products and services are delivered and activated instantly upon payment confirmation. As the product is intangible and immediately consumed or made available for use, it is not possible to reverse the delivery. We therefore cannot offer refunds for any digital products or service subscriptions.
Physical Products
For physical hardware products purchased through Krishnaa Technologies (such as Set Top Boxes, CCTV cameras, NVR systems, GPON equipment, and accessories):
- Products must be reported as defective or damaged within 48 hours of delivery
- A replacement or repair will be offered for verified manufacturing defects under the product warranty
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Refunds for physical products are considered only if a suitable replacement is not available
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refund or replacement
Exceptional Circumstances
While our general policy is non-refundable for digital products, we may consider exceptions in the following rare situations, solely at our discretion:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical or payment gateway error, we will refund the duplicate amount
- Service Not Delivered: If you have been charged but the service was never activated or delivered due to an error on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
- Unauthorized Transaction: If you can demonstrate that an unauthorized transaction was made from your account, subject to verification and a formal investigation
All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with Krishnaa Technologies.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an ongoing subscription:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
- Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period
- No prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid subscription fees

Refund Processing
In cases where a refund is approved under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account
- You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptional circumstances outlined above, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, registered phone number, subscriber ID, and transaction details
- Provide a clear description of the issue and reason for the refund request
- Attach any supporting documents (payment receipts, screenshots, etc.)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Changes to This Policy
Krishnaa Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
